Al vostro arrivo le chiavi vi saranno consegnate dal proprietario.

Il cancello esterno dell'abitazione è in comune con un'altra residenza turistica.

Tutto il giardino attrezzato con doccia esterna, gazebo, tavolo e sedie è a vostro uso esclusivo.

L'illuminazione del giardino si attiva automaticamente la sera.

La cucina è dotata di tutte le stoviglie necessarie alla cottura e al consumo dei pasti.

La macchinetta del caffè vi verrà fornita con qualche cialda in omaggio, e si raccomanda di non lasciare la cialda all'interno dopo aver fatto il caffè per evitare che si rompa. 

L'uso del climatizzatore è gratuito, la chiavetta per metterlo in funzione è attaccata alle chiavi di casa con apposito portachiavi per non sganciarla. Lo spazio per inserirla si trova sotto il climatizzatore.

Qualora si voglia avere la seconda chiavetta del Climatizzatore per l'uso anche quando non si è in casa va pagata la somma di €50 settimanalmente. 

Nella stanza con letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, è presente un ventilatore a soffitto, per l'attivazione i pulsanti si trovano in fondo alla stanza sulla sinistra.

I bidoni per la raccolta dei rifiuti si trovano all'esterno della struttura: CARTA, PLASTICA, INDIFFERENZIATA. VETRO, UMIDO.

Nel bidone della CARTA e del VETRO non vanno gettati rifiuti con la busta di plastica.

Le spese di pulizia finali di 70€, non saranno dovute se verrá lasciato l'appartamento pulito come al vostro arrivo.

Welcome to Garden Salentorelax.

The owner will hand over the keys to you upon your arrival.

Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

The property's external gate is shared with another holiday residence.

The entire garden, equipped with an outdoor shower, gazebo, table, and chairs, is for your exclusive use.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating.

The coffee maker will be provided with a few complimentary pods. We recommend not leaving the pod inside after making coffee to avoid damaging it.

The air conditioning is free to use. The key to operate it is attached to the house keys with a special key ring to prevent it from being lost. The space to insert it is located under the air conditioning unit.
If you would like a second air conditioning key for use when you are away, you will be charged €50 per week.

The bedroom with a double bed and two single beds has a ceiling fan; the buttons for activating it are located at the back of the room on the left.

Waste bins are located outside the building: PAPER, PLASTIC, UNSORTED WASTE, GLASS, AND ORGAN WASTE.
Do not throw waste with plastic bags into the PAPER and GLASS bins.

Der Eigentümer übergibt Ihnen die Schlüssel bei Ihrer Ankunft.

Check-in ist zwischen 14:00 und 22:00 Uhr.

Check-out ist zwischen 7:00 und 9:00 Uhr.

Das Außentor des Anwesens wird mit einer anderen Ferienunterkunft geteilt.

Der gesamte Garten mit Außendusche, Pavillon, Tisch und Stühlen steht Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung.

Die Gartenbeleuchtung schaltet sich abends automatisch ein.

Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien zum Kochen und Essen ausgestattet.

Die Kaffeemaschine wird mit einigen kostenlosen Pads bereitgestellt. Wir empfehlen, die Pads nach der Kaffeezubereitung nicht im Gerät zu lassen, um sie nicht zu beschädigen.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage ist kostenlos. Der Schlüssel ist mit einem speziellen Schlüsselring am Hausschlüssel befestigt, um Verlust zu vermeiden. Der Einsteckplatz befindet sich unter der Klimaanlage.

Für einen zweiten Klimaanlagenschlüssel während Ihrer Abwesenheit fallen 50 € pro Woche an.

Das Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten verfügt über einen Deckenventilator. Die Schalter zur Aktivierung befinden sich hinten links im Zimmer.

Mülleimer befinden sich außerhalb des Gebäudes: Papier, Plastik, unsortierter Müll, Glas und Biomüll.

Werfen Sie keinen Müll in Plastiktüten in die Papier- und Glastonnen.

Bienvenue au Garden Salentorelax.

Le propriétaire vous remettra les clés à votre arrivée.

Les arrivées se font entre 14h et 22h.

Les départs se font entre 7h et 9h.

Le portail extérieur de la propriété est partagé avec une autre résidence de vacances.

Le jardin, équipé d'une douche extérieure, d'un kiosque, d'une table et de chaises, est à votre usage exclusif.

L'éclairage du jardin s'allume automatiquement le soir.

La cuisine est équipée de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner et manger.

La cafetière est fournie avec quelques dosettes gratuites. Nous vous recommandons de ne pas laisser la dosette à l'intérieur après la préparation du café afin de ne pas l'endommager.

La climatisation est gratuite. La clé de fonctionnement est attachée aux clés de la maison grâce à un anneau spécial pour éviter de la perdre. L'emplacement pour l'insérer se trouve sous le climatiseur.

Si vous souhaitez une deuxième clé de climatisation pour votre absence, un supplément de 50 € par semaine vous sera facturé.

La chambre, équipée d'un lit double et de deux lits simples, est équipée d'un ventilateur de plafond ; les boutons d'activation se trouvent au fond de la pièce, à gauche.

Les poubelles sont situées à l'extérieur du bâtiment : papier, plastique, déchets non triés, verre et déchets organiques.

Ne jetez pas de déchets contenant des sacs plastiques dans les poubelles à papier et à verre.
